1. Scope
This Cancellation Policy applies to delegate registrations for the TN & PY IRIA Conference 2026. Accompanying person fees follow the same cancellation timeline as the primary delegate registration to which they are linked.
2. How to cancel
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to the Conference Secretariat at contact@tnpyiria2026.com. Please include your registration number, registered name, and reason for cancellation.
3. Processing
Cancellations are effective from the date and time of receipt of your email. The Organizing Committee will confirm cancellation in writing. No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for refund.
4. Force majeure
If the Conference is postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of the Organizing Committee, alternative arrangements or refunds will be communicated separately.
5. Refunds
Eligible refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
