1. General
Refunds apply only to confirmed paid registrations for the TN & PY IRIA Conference 2026. GST and payment gateway charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
2. Refund schedule
- 50% refund of the delegate registration fee paid if cancellation is received on or before 31 October 2026.
3. Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 21–30 working days after approval. Bank or gateway processing times may apply additionally.
4. Non-refundable items
- Spot registration fees once the event has commenced
- Administrative charges and third-party payment fees
- Partial attendance or unused services
5. Disputes
Refund decisions by the Organizing Committee are final. For disputes, contact the Conference Secretariat with your payment reference and registration number.
